Jessica Motsinger joined The Illinois Juneteenth Committee with the vision and drive to improve upon our issues advocacy, and focused on hard hitting issues that threaten rural and urban communities. She brings with her, heart, passion for equity, and a love for  breaking unfair norms. She is also a veteran of The United States.
